Our clients include the major news networks, NCAA division I athletic programs such as FSU, UF, UCF, and Clemson, stations, dealers, and hundreds of production companies. We offer in-shop and on-site service nationwide. We're a factory authorized service center for Sharp, JVC Professional, and Panasonic Broadcast.
Our engineers troubleshoot and repair to component level. In most cases (such as popped firewire ports) this saves our customers a lot of money. We can quickly change the BGA type surface mount chips and avoid replacing expensive circuit boards.
Video Tech offers a full design and integration service using industry standard VidCAD design software. Since we're not equipment dealers we'll give an unbiased opinion of the equipment that will meet your needs, not try to sell you what we have in stock. We can do the design work and the installation as required.
We also do on-site upgrades for edit suites. We can tear out your old analog suite and update it with Final Cut or Avid. We'll integrate whatever equipment that can be reused and help you responsibly dispose of what's left.
