I am submitting this letter to begin the application process for the videography position you have available. I am not a newbie. I worked professionally for 15 years in the radio, television, cable, movies industries. And yes, in actual production and using all the same sorts of equipment I use today. After all that professional experience, I have continued in doing various forms of the same work but now for folks like you for over 30 years. Currently, I travel everywhere, am a regular contributor to a New York based, well known and large multi-media marketing company as well as produce, direct and edit independent productions including reality shows, documentaries, commercials, infomercials and various other project utilizing both 3 cc technology video and professional video and audio editing software. Education
I have been producing various forms of media (video, audio, computer based training modules, Power Point presentations, web design, photography and so, so much more) almost all my life. At the age of 8, I started making different kinds of audio recordings and combined those with a “ViewMaster®” projector and charged the neighborhood 25¢ for the show. I got into photography soon after that, then radio, then television … well you get the idea.
