| Experience | I'm a freelance sound designer working in Chicago, IL. I work from home and have a nice Pro Tools/Mac rig where I do post work on commercials, short films and record music. I also have experience doing location audio in both ENG and typical film set ups. Recently I've been working in Costa Rica doing location for a new Television show with StandOff Studios. |
| Education | In March of 2007 I received my BFA in Sound Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. |
| Speciality | I love to music edit and work with action. Fast paced scenes and strong emotional content excite me the most. I know lots of sound isn't always necessary and enjoy conveying emotions and themes with more subtle and clever motifs as well. Creating atmosphere is what I do best. |
| Hardware Proficiency | The Digi Control 24 is the board I used most at school while running multitrack sessions. I also have experience using the Digi surround sound boards and smaller 002/003 racks and consoles. I also have lots of experience using location audio gear from Lavs, mixers and DAT recorders to being a Boom Op. |
| Software Proficiency | I am most comfortable with Pro Tools and since it is an industry standard I don't mind investing most of my time within that work environment. I also have worked in Soundtrack Pro 2 and Ableton Live but still use Pro Tools mainly along with Reason for MIDI. |
