Education	Terry Thomas, owner and president of Caption and Subtitle Services, started in the caption industry in 1995 where she held the position of Captioning Director for a non-profit 501(c)3 agency, which focused on ministering to the deaf population. Her background prior to taking this position was involved in corporate video in Chicago for over 13 years with an advance TV Production degree from Columbia College, Chicago. The desire to couple her previous video production experience and knowledge with captioning results in serving clients with exceptional service and quality using the latest in technology for client's various workflows.
Software Proficiency	Captioning software that allows us a tapeless workflow to caption files for your FCP system. We export files to accommodate both SD and HD formats. We can export files for DVD authoring such as .stl files for subtitles or .scc for captions. Call us with details.
