Adjunct Music Teacher at Baldwin-Wallace Conservatory Outreach. Over 30 years of experience performing, co-designing PA. systems and working in the Live Music industry. Phil Calvin - Electronics Technology Institute, BEE Electronics Cleveland State. Recently, I have been designing circuit layout for multi-layer printed circuit boards. I enjoy the challenge of working with the graphics and artwork involved to create something that works perfectly as an electronics device and in itself is a work of art.” When he is not running sound or working on a production, Phil's on-going task is to "spec out" the new equipment, software and related hardware for use in live recordings and in the JP Audio and Video Production studio. “When I'm not involved in a live recording or post editing project with Dave and J, I still have my hands full keeping all the equipment in good shape. We have many pieces of older analogue equipment including mixing consoles, outboard FOH processors, driverack, amplifiers, cabling, cross-overs and a variety of rack mount processors. Which need regular operational check-ups to assure proper functionality out on location.” David Huston - David has worked professionally in audio video recording and also radio and TV broadcasting for over 35 years. He has experience recording and producing in major studios in Chicago, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Cleveland, Wright State University TV Center in Dayton and in Tahiti where he was chief engineer for five years at O’Tahiti Studio. David has numerous Jazz, Blues, rock and pop record albums and singles credits; eg. Howlin' Wolf and Jimmy Buffet. David holds a lifetime FCC Radio & Television operators permit. He is also a Certified Electronics technician and has a degree in Computer electronics from the Cleveland Institute of Technology. David is the owner of Inca Lane Post Production in Henderson, Nevada where he works on; recording, mixing and editing digital video and multitrack audio projects for clients. |
