ExperienceBoutique Visual Effects company is seeking a reliable, hard-working office manager for Culver City office. The office manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, performing front desk duties, and managing our social media. Multitasking and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting all visitors/clients

- Answering main phone line and transferring/screening calls

- Managing executive schedule

- Ordering supplies and maintain facilities, including kitchen, craft service, shipping, mail, office supplies, etc

- Assisting coordinator and VFX supervisor with admin or creative work as needed

-Managing our VFX shot database and assisting to keep track of scheduling and shots in progress

- Maintaining our online presence through social media and online engagement including regular updates on Facebook and twitter pages, maintaining presence and gaining interest in the company and our work

EducationMust have a cell phone and daily access to a vehicle. Great communication skills and phone skills are a must. We are looking for an upbeat personality, someone who is self-motivated and wants to learn. The ideal candidate would be INTERESTED IN POST PRODUCTION and have a desire to grow in the industry. This position has a high potential for growth in Visual Effects and Post Production. Previous admin and industry experience preferred.
