Our applied research programs and training activities focus on the creative applications made possible by experimenting with S3D production technologies and methods. With the support of our partners and students, we aim to teach, train and discover the aesthetic possibilities of Stereoscopic 3D.

Our team consists of PHD researchers, filmmakers, post-production specialists and animators.

Our team has conbined PhD/MA/BA in Computer Science/Filmmaking/Media Arts.

Beta testing centres for Avid, Autodesk Smoke, Janro Imaging's SANDDE.
SpecialitySpecializing in Stereoscopic 3D workflow for independent filmmakers and broadcasters. We specialize in 4K 3D, HFR (High Frame Rate) 2D/3D research and film production. We actively work with the Janro Imaging SANDDE artist tool, with Motion capture integration. We are experienced in working with Stereo 3D productions fro documentary, drama, lifestyle and tourism.

We are the founders of the Stereo 3D Meetup/Masterclass Community here in Vancouver, BC that has had special guests such as filmmaker/stereographer Josephine Derobe, IMAX camera op/stereographer Dylan Reade, Vision Scientist Dr. Martin Banks, Hollywood director Patrick Lussier, local producers/filmmakers from Parallax Film Productions, Gener8, Amaya Photo.
