|Experience||Mr. Flath has extensive experience in the development and production of digital multimedia products. He has served as Manager, Creative/Art Director and Producer of the Multimedia Group of the Safety and Security Technologies Division of SRA International Inc. (NJ Location). In this capacity, he has been responsible for a wide range of multimedia products that included numerous video productions, interactive computer-based training, 2D and 3D animation, digital media production, streaming media, website development, graphics and print materials. His responsibilities have included working directly with the customer in concept, art and creative development, research and script writing, directing, producing, editing, final production and media delivery methods. This has involved direct working relations with government and military agencies, airlines, original equipment manufacturers, and commercial companies. These efforts have included simultaneous task management, and technical direction while maintaining cost controls.|

Responsible for the development and production of digital multimedia products, including video, audio, graphics, animation and other various communications media such as marketing, public relations, training productions and includes technical and non-technical writing. Production includes all phases of development and direction: conception, script writing, storyboards, shooting (video and still photography), media management (identification and collection), computer animation, voice-over, music editing, post-production. Media delivery includes DVD authoring, compression and conversion for DV, CD-ROM and online streaming. Served as principal spokesperson for Federal Aviation Administration Technical Center to print and broadcast media, both national and international. Planned and implemented an integrated communications program, a community relations program, visitors, conference and speakers bureau. Wrote news releases, speeches, edited copy, designed and produced promotional material, and informational video productions. Extensive technical and non-technical writing utilizing the latest word processing applications. Gave briefings to high level, technically oriented visitors such as congressional staff members, industry executives and foreign aviation officials.

Performed as console computer operator of large mainframe IBM 360s. Required working knowledge of software systems such as FORTRAN, JOVIAL, BAL, BATCH, NOSS, NAS and other subprograms and routines. Configured system, operated program, and stored output data. Corrected minor malfunctions due to program or data error, or equipment failures and assisted journeyman operators.

Maintained Top Secret Clearance as Communications Watch Supervisor, operating Naval Security Group Message Center. Operated and maintained complex encrypting devices and network paths linking major military communications lines. Decoded encrypted text and worked with other intelligence experts in the typing, routing and processing of messages via on-line and off-line cryptographic covered teletype circuits. These assignments were conducted in North Africa, Europe and the Western-Pacific regions.
